WHO WE ARE

Ocean Impact Windows and Doors is a direct distributor and professional installer of all hurricane impact windows and doors. We founded Ocean Impact in 2015 to provide customers with greater quality and reliability in the sales and installation of hurricane impact windows and doors – a South Florida essential. Ocean Impact is the sister company of South Florida Restoration, Inc., family-owned and operated construction company with nearly 50 years of experience in all building trades.

OUR MISSION

Ocean Impact’s mission is to provide quality and affordable hurricane windows and doors and to deliver and install them with the highest level of professionalism and care. We set ourselves apart from other contractors by the pride we place into our workmanship and the attention we give to our customers. This pride and attention gives us a leading edge in South Florida’s building trade. We aim to always show up on time and promptly complete projects to our consumers’ satisfaction.

WHY OCEAN IMPACT?

After performing thousands of construction projects in South Florida, we learned that our client’s increasingly desire hurricane impact windows as a feature of their buildings. Plus, we grew tired of seeing numerous projects that were improperly installed or unfinished by less professional companies and handymen. We established Ocean Impact to provide our clients this service with direct distribution from manufacturer to consumer. Unlike other contractors, we take pride in showing up to appointments ready and on time and promptly responding to messages and calls. When projects take off, we take the extra initiative in covering floors and furniture along with creating dust barriers between your residence and actual working sites. With Ocean Impact, you can rest assured that the job will be done right.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the efficiency, integrity, and professionalism of everyone at Ocean Impact Windows and Doors. They offered reasonable estimates, worked by permit, never had a problem with their work passing inspection, they cleaned up at the end of each work day and they made every effort to ensure that we were satisfied with our investment when they finished the project. This is truly a reputable company. We are repeat customers. We hired Ocean Impact Windows & Doors to install hurricane impact windows at our house in 2018 and hurricane impact doors in 2019. We highly recommend this outstanding company.read more

Ocean Impact replaced all of the windows in my house - 12 total. They did a great job and I'm happy. They showed up on time (actually early) each day cleaned up after themselves each day, were very respectful to my house and my belongings. They worked hard to try to keep everything as clean as possible and did a great job with everything, they were a good crew. Angel did the finishing touches to the windows and is an artist, the way he finished the windows makes them look like they've always been in the house. I'm very happy I chose Ocean Impact Windows.read more

I was very impressed with the Ocean Impacts team. They explained everything from start to finish so thoroughly. From the proposal stage to the installation and finishing up. Nothing was left out. Their showroom was helpful as well. Actually, what I like the best is that they are a family owned business and take pride in their work.read more

Ocean Impact was recommended to me by my sister in law. They replaced 7 French doors and 2 windows in my house, and did an amazing job. What makes them stand out from other companies is that they own the job from start to finish, and don’t leave anything unfinished. Any paint, patching, cleanup, adjustments necessary, they make sure they leave you needing absolutely nothing else. No calling a handy man to finish up. All their employees were great. On time every day, neat, thorough and pro active. Never missed a beat. Would highly recommend them to anyone.read more

We used Ocean Impact to replace all the windows and doors in our house this year. Although it was a large project, I was impressed with the price and estimated timeline to complete the job. Ocean impact stayed within the budget and got all the windows and doors in painlessly. The workers were pleasant, and the management kept me informed of everything throughout the process. Now our home is cooler, quieter, and protected from hurricanes! Thanks Ocean Impact!read more

When I was doing my house renovation in El Portal last year, I interviewed 3 other impact windows and impact door companies in Miami, and only Ocean Impact was able to provide me with truly satisfied customers and their feedback. Listen, this stuff is expensive, sure, but these guys worked within my budget and my renovation went off without a hitch. You always get what you pay for, and as far as I'm concerned, these guys were amazing from beginning to the end, and my windows and doors (Cat 5) are an amazing value and the house looks great. Truly a five-star experience with Jared and team. Thanks again guys.read more

ABOUT THE OWNER: JAY PILCH

Going through high school, I wanted to be an architect, as I used to take drafting classes to learn how to draw layouts with 3D views. After finishing high school, I went to college in Philadelphia to follow through taking classes for architecture. At the end of the semester, I realized that most of the work would come from me being behind a desk and I wasn’t too enthusiastic about that. During the semester break while working out of my car with a great pair of working hands, I started helping friends and neighbors repairing their homes. This is when I realized that this is what I wanted to do full time, so I neglected to go back when semester break was over.

At this time, the only work vehicle I had was an old 1948 Chevy truck that I fixed up, painted by hand, and stenciled the company name on the door. After about 10 years of working all throughout the Philadelphia area, my family and I moved to South Florida where I could work outside on our projects all year around. So for the past 38 years in Florida, I have built the company with some employees being a part of our excellent team for over 25 years!

After many years of installing windows and doors, we decided to branch out and become a direct window company distributor, and that’s how we founded Ocean Impact Windows LLC. We have a full showroom display at our office, showcasing the amazing Eco Windows we install in all of our projects.
